HoloDash

HoloDash is a 2D roguelite sidescrolling platformer hack n' slash game. Our goal is to create a fun and unique gameplay experience every run through the combination of upgrades, augments, and procedually generated levels.

This game is being created by a group of students at the University of Washington as a part of the Games Capstone course. You can check out our devlogs here.

Controls:

• W or Space to jump
• A and D to move left and right
• S to crouch (for one way platforms)
• Shift or RMB to dash
• LMB to shoot
• ESC to open pause menu

The game is still work in progress, so please bear with us as we add more features to make the gameplay even better!

Saves don't work on the Web version! In order to save your progress, please download the executable app for your platform!

Mac Users:

In order to run the app after download you must open a terminal and run:

cd path/to/holodash/download

chmod -R 777 "HoloDash.app" or "Mac Build.app/"

Once the zip file is unzipped, right click on HoloDash.app and click open. Then click open again.
